If you do not want/are not able to use third-party utilities like sqlunloader you can follow the next way (I've already followed): Execute select in the SQLPlus session and spool its result into file - it's manual method.
Use UTL_FILE and DBMS_SQL (you can see one of examples at http://govt.oracle.com/~tkyte/Misc/csv.html) - it's automatic method.
