If you take the default option for dbassist it makes a bunch of assumptions about how to set up your DB and how big to make the data files. If this doesn't suit you, you can elect to provide the information (many more questions to answer) or you can tell it to create the scripts instead of actually creating a DB. You can then edit the scripts to make files the size you want.
