You still seem to have the non-Y2k compliant installer. This problem has been posted and answered here numerous times, and Oracle in the meantime, after more than 8 months of availability seems to have deleted it from the *free* download site. Most likely you will still be able to get it when you have a Metals License.
Otherwise
delete the services using the oradim utility (oradim -delete -service <servicename>)
- delete hklm\software\oracle from the registry - delete c:\orant
