Automaticlly send object to Role

Hi,
When I create one table, such as TEST_TAB, I want to Grant select, insert,update, delete on TEST_TAB to role "USER_ROLE". Does anyone one know how to automaticlly to grant to USER_ROLE, not to run SQL command. So, I just want user to create any table as usual, then this table will be granted to some roles automaticlly.
