   Oracle Designer needs to be installed in the "default" Oracle
home.  You may have used that home when you installed Oracle.


   Designer has a very good CASE tool built in but involves quite
a learning curve.  ERwin is quicker and more intuitive to learn
but has fewer capabilities.
