Oracle installer problem (Oracle 7.2)

Hi,

   I have a problem with Oracle installer on WINNT3.51.  When I install Oracle 7 ODBC Driver 1.13.5.0.4 by Oracle installer 3.1.3.1,  I got a error message from NT3.51 :

 exception:access violatioin (oxc0000005, Address: 0x100e9e1b"

 and then the installation interrupt. So I can't install ODBC on that PC.  Anyone has the same experience or any suggestion?
