Error connecting to database from NT service

When running my application as an NT service the database connection fails
as it cannot locate the ociw32.dll file. Running the .exe as an normal
application works fine. Is there a registry poke required to change the
search path for applications running as a service. The application is
written in Powerbuilder 6.5. Any help would be most appreciated.
