problems with sorting german words

Hi,

I want to read words from an table and want to sort them correct. But I've got some problems with using order by:

this are the words in the table: Ba aa äq Üe Cb cc

this is waht I expect: aa äq Ba Cb cc Üe

this is what I get: Ba Cb aa cc äq Üe

Is there a parameter I cant set ?
