NT Performance Monintor & Oracle

I have a customer that is running Oracle 8i on an NT server.  It has ~ 150 
users now and he wants to know if his server can support another 30 users.  
Could some tell me what performance counters to monitor in NT performance 
monitor I should check to see if his server is handling his current load?
