which client tool ?

I need to write some SPs which select multiple
rows and return them in a ref cursor. I would
like to be able to run the SPs from an SQL
editor and look at  the results returned. Can
anyone recommend a suitable tool for this?



I have tried running such an SP in TOAD,
but the program crashes.
