Forms 5.0 - Picklist and Wizard Objects

Does anyone know where I can get more documentation on the Picklist and
Wizard objects that come with Forms 5.0 other than that in the online
help?  Also, is there a way to assign a stacked canvas to more than one
content canvas?  If you attatch the Picklist Object Library to a form, 3
stacked canvases are created.  I want to avoid having many copies of
these stacked canvases.
