Converting(Access 97 to Oracle)

Is there any way of converting from Access 97 to Oracle and keeping all
data intact?  I want to do this in the future and would like any helpful
input on how I might do this and problems I may encounter.  Anything
would help just to give me an idea of what to expect.  Thank You.
