Uhmmm... actually it would be a 'C' program with bits of SQL embedded in it...

There are a good set of examples that install with the pre-compiler, look for the files with the .PC extension in a subdirectory below your Oracle home directory. The exact location will vary by version and platform, try looking for a PRECOMP directory.
