oas installation

Hi,

i installed on NT, SP4 oracle 8.0.4
now i am installing oas4.07

installation succesful, but when i go to the "oas manager" and wanna start ORB, WRB etc. (by selecting ALL, and clicking start) following error appears:

Please wait while the command is being processed on host idkom ... Starting ORB processes...
Returning filename D:\oas\orb\admin\.event waiting for ORB to be ready...
ORB is not responding. Please restart manually... OWS-20214: The OAS processes can not be started, because the CORBA orb processes can not be started.

by typing "owsctl start -orb" the same message comes.. did I forget something to install ?

by the way,
the realease notes and the documentation of oas differ in saying which version
of oracle and oas can be installed in the same oracle home
