Assume your table contains :

• a character column whose values are displayed in the A column of your sheet,
• a number column whose values are displayed in the B column of your sheet,
• a date column whose values are displayed in the C column of your sheet in the format 31/12/99

just type in D1 cell the following formula :

• "insert into my_table (column_A, column_B, column_C) values ('" & A1 & "'," & B1 & ",to_date('" & TEXT(C1,"DD/MM/YY") & "','DD/MM/RR'));"

And copy/paste the formula down to the bottom of your list of values.
