I have already built a ladder. Download my freeware SQLPlusPlus and
use its BLDDAT command to build the required SQL Script as per your
requirements.
Briefly, you need to:
SET LINESIZE to a large value with SET TRIMSPOOL ON and SET PAGESIZE 0,
SET HEADING OFF etc
