Not in my system ... I can get to the Main page of any Webdb site I have built with just
http://myserver:8080/WebSiteName

For the site builder it is
http://myserver:8080/WebDb

The password prompt appears and I'm in...

There are no actual pages in most of the WebDb stuff, only Pl/Sql procedures that create HTML output when called....
