you should not be using the Migration Utility to upgrade from 8.0.4 to 8.0.5. In the new 8.0.5 $ORACLE_HOME directory, go to the rdbms/admin subdirectory. There you will find a SQL script u0800040.sql that is used to upgrade from 8.0.4 to 8.0.5. This script contains some basic documentation as to purpose and usage, and simply runs catalog.sql and catproc.sql. It must be run as the internal user in the NEW environment.
