No. SQL*Plus is for use w/Oracle. You can't hit an Access database with it. Access has it's own query screen.

Odd that you would ask this question. Most of the time it's the other way around. Someone wants to hit Oracle using a GUI tool similar to Access because they don't like dealing with command-line SQL*Plus.
