Hi

Add a service in the Control panel services with startup type Automatic .This can be done by adding a key value under head services with ur command line Executable script or batch file for altering RBS as the Key value. In case u are not sure of how to modify Search the registry for strtorcl in case SID is orcl which is the service of Oracle DB startup Copy it edit suitably regds
