Oracle Certification and job market

Hello,

I have a few questions reagarding the employment oppurtnities with Oracle.
I would really appreciate it if anyone with knowledge on the subject took the time to answer them.

Firstly is there a certification exam you can take? Is there more than one? Where can I go to get more information on them?

Secondly how is the job market today for those with knowledge of Oracle? Especially the entry level job market?

What other programming languages should one know besides PL/SQL?
