Image quality in forms 5

I am perplexed by a delima. I have a bitmap picture that is 54 pixels by 54 pixels. When I put the image directly on a form as boilerplate it looks fine. However if I store the pic as a bitmap into a long raw column in the database and try to pull it onto the form at runtime, it doesn't look as good. I have the image set at bitmap in forms, same size, etc. Why is the quality different? It appears to not be using as many colors or something. Help. Received on Tue Aug 17 1999 - 13:44:57 CDT
