I'm using SQL Plus 8.0 on Windows 98. I'm a little confused because we upgraded all 3 parts recently (Oracle Server, Oracle Client, and Oracle Developer) and I got it in one of the upgrades. I think it came as part of the Oracle Client for Windows NT/95 but I only got involved with Oracle after the upgrades. Anyway, there is definitely a version of SQL Plus for Windows and I suggest talking to Oracle about how to get it.
