I am using Developer 2.1 with Oracle8.0.4 Personal edition on Win98. It's working fine for me!
But the tnslsnr80.exe must be running after starting the database. When you connect, you have to provide the host string as well. Received on Mon Jun 28 1999 - 23:40:56 CDT
