Know, you do not need a listener for each Oracle Instance. If you look in the listener.ora file you should see multiple entries, 1 for each database. The listener.ora file is located in $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin or your equiverlant if on NT which maybe NET or NET80 or something similar.

If you don't have two ORACLE_SID's then something has gone astray in the use of Easy Config. Also, remember that you need to RELOAD the listener configuration.
