Hi Roman,

    Oracle 8 is a proven product with excellent support, superior performance, and much better scalability.

    SqlServer 7 is a new product from a company which has a history of screwing up almost every time they make a major change to any product, doesn't look like it can come close to Oracle 8 performance, and can't scale into the big server market.
