"reset" in Forms4.5 debugger

Hi,
I'm quite happy with the "step in", "step over" and "step out" capabilities in the forms4.5 debugger, but what's the score on the "reset" option?
What does it do? What happens if the code is in the middle of some complicated sequence of transactions and you tell it to "reset" (or is that chance part of the package when you use "reset")?
