Yes. Its part of the MS SQL Server to Oracle conversion kit.
You might find the conversion kits that are freely available from http://alliance.oracle.com/ to be of some help. they include software/documentation that will automate many of the tasks and the documentation gives you a cookbook to work around some of the differences you will find during the conversion.
