Depends upon which version of ConText you have. Starting with ConText 2.4.5 (in Oracle8 8.0.5) and later, there is a sample thesarus located in the $ORACLE_HOME/ctx/thes directory, in the file dr0thsus.txt.

Note that by default, this thesaurus is not loaded when you install ConText. You can load it using the ConText loader.
