Viewing Triggers

I am having difficulty with users viewing triggers from the ALL_TRIGGERS data dictionary table. I have granted 'select' on the ALL_TRIGGERS table to users and have even granted 'all' rights, but they still cannot "see" anything in the table. Therefore, the only user that can see the status of a trigger is the owner of the triggers. If anyone knows how i can grant users permissions to view the triggers in the ALL_TRIGGERS table, please let me know. Send email to jkane_at_enabletech.com.
