Hello Lars,

Mostly the NLS_LANG is picked up only in the beginning of the application (Forms) startup, unlike FORMS45_PATH variable. So, Just before bringing up the forms application, set the registry to point to the reqd NLS_LANG value. This should be done dynamically in both applications.

Try this out.
