How to know the user password?

Hello,
I have a question,maybe you can help me! I have several users on my database(7.3) Of course each user with their own password. But how to know every user's password?

'Cause not all the users are created by me,
I don't know some users' pwd.
'Cause I can't change the original pwd,
the command is not proper for me:
ALTER USER user IDENTIFIED password.

So,how to know the user's password?
