dbaPrep by D.O.C. Software

Has anyone purchased this and got it to work??? I ordered it, waited two days for delivery by e-mail (what happened to instant net order fulfillment), then they finally e-mailed me the zip file. However, it's password protected and the @#$%% password they gave me doesn't work.

I called them (a toll call) at the number on their website, which is for sales. The guy I talked to assured me someone would call me back, that was four hours ago. Sent them e-mail two hours ago, but still no response. Anyone know what the proper password is to extract the ZIP file.

Anyone else had problems with this company?
