Oracle's!

On my NT Server 4.0, I got an error in the Event Viewer 2 times pr minute:

"The Open Procedure for service "Oracle7" in DLL "Operfdll.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code returned is DWORD 0."

Is there anybody out there (Pink Floyd...) knowing what this means?? Is there an error in the registry??
Is the file Operfdll.dll corrupt??
Is the file "snmp.ora" corrupt??

Thanks in advance!
