how to retrieve more than 1 different record group

        I need some help on this.

        I built a Form with 10 text fields and I enter some data, to make things simple, I entered all 1 for the first records and save it. The 2 for records and save and so on until I have ten records ranging from 1 to 10.

        Now I enter 1 for first field and 2 for second field because I wish to retrieve the records for 1 and 2 only but not 3 or 4. But what I got is all records which is 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10.

        My question is how can I retrieve records which is 1 and 2 by doing the query once.
