how to config the sorting

Is there a way to config the sorting of character fields ?

or to get the order like ms access ?

I migrate from access to oracle. Oracle puts empty fields at the end, access at the front of an result set. Oracle puts small letters after capitol letters, access vice versa. Received on Sun Mar 22 1998 - 00:00:00 CST
