Oracle's ODBC Drivers

I'm using the ODBC drivers that ship with Oracle 7.3
(version 2.0.3.1.1) and am trying to bind the data by row,
but with out any luck.  The SQLSetStmtOption does not
return any error and the documentation states that row
binding is supported.  Everything works fine when I
bind by column.



Any ideas?
