I doubt that pro*c comes with a demo distribution of the RDBMS. If you're on NT, you may be able to demo Programmer/2000 (pro*c environment). As far as Unix, I have no idea because when we install Oracle from a normal distribution, the pro*c environment option is available and installed if we select it.
