Getting the userid and password on the webserver

Hi!



I have created an application for the Oracle Webserver and I have
password protected it through the authorization server.



Now I want to know the user_id of the person who has logged in.
I have tried the owa packeges:


get_user_id and get_password


but it doesn't return anything. WHY?



Please Help.
