You have to check the program properties of the corresponding icon (Build Demo Tables). There you will find some parameters for SQLPLUS, important is the correct SID (after the @ sign). Example for a win 3.11 plattform to load Oracle Reports demo tables:

D:\ORAWIN\bin\plus33w.exe scott/tiger_at_SID @D:\ORAWIN\REPORT25\SQL\demobld
