Hello,



I need to connect to a remote Oracle database over a TCP/IP connection
with Borlands Database Explorer. Have setup BDE as well as I can and am
still getting a vendor initialization problem.



I believe I have the correct DLL, ora73win.dll. Has anyone had
experience with this? I would be greatful for a helping hand.
