You have entities that do not have UID, which results in tables taht don't have columns in the resulting primary key constraints. You should find that all of the FK that have problems refer to PK that also have problems.

Two solutions. The best is to make sure all entities have UIDs defined.

The second is an option on the last tab of the DDW dialog which will cause the DDW to create artificial PK columns for entities without UIDs.
