Look in the readme file that came with OEM, specifically v1.3.5.

They talk about the additional requirement of adding a "Batch" NT user with specific requirement/priviledges to interface with intelligent agent. Also the domain/hostname specified must be typed in UPPERCASE (I don't know why, but when everything else failed, I did it and it worked!)

If you need anymore help give me a buzz, I'll be in Cleveland all this week but wil be back on Friday and will have an opportunity to look at my machine setup for additional info.
