How much should we get paid?

Hi,

Base on what I know, the consultant agency normally changes the customer more than $125/hour and the consultant only get paid around $50/hour. Is this fair? I think the fair rate should be 15%-20% goes to the agency and the rest should goes to the consultant. What do you think?

Is there a good way to deal with the company directly?
