Job Description: Jointly develop and own the product development process. Transition development process to OOD, implementing new Tools/Technologies to improve products. Lead engineering team, develop and execute development plans. Work with Project Management on resource deployment, training and development. Team Member setting technology direction. Budgeting.

Skills req’d: 2 years Project Management/Leadership, 5 years C programming, 3 years Client-Server technology, 2 years C++/OOP/OOD, BSCS, Demonstrated engineering process improvements, transitioning development to OOD.

Skills desired: Rational Rose or similar toolset, built an engineering organization from scratch., MSCS, MS-Project, Gantt/PERT.

Duration: Permanent

Salary: $ 65-100 K, PLUS 20-60% variable bonuses paid quarterly, possible stock options, relocation assistance
