Forms 4.5 on Win95 Personal Oracle

Is anyone using Forms 4.5 successfully with Personal Oracle for Windows
95 (7.2)?  There seems to be many of us who have trial versions from
SAMS publishing where Forms 4.5 won't connect to our Personal Oracle
databases in windows 95.  The error is usually ORA 3121 - No interface
driver connected.
