 Why? If your system is running just fine on Sybase then leave it where it is. If it isn't, or you have other reasons to migrate to Oracle, then you will be in a far better position to judge whether you should migrate than anyone on this newsgroup. If you lack knowledge of Oracle or your business requirements, then get in some consultancy to help you properly assess your true needs.
