Oracle's Metalink web site

All,

Has anyone been able to search and find anything useful on Oracle's Metalink site? I've subscribed and tried many times to find bulletins or help or various topics, but I get nothing. Either the server locks up and gives an error, or says it can't find anything. I've searched for bulletins I KNOW exist, but it always returns nothing. Am I missing something, or is this site just useless?

Thanks,
Brian
