Oracle error: no interface driver

I'm trying to use DataBrowser2.0 on WinNT4.0 with Novell4.0 to connect
to an Oracle7 database running on a HPUX 10.10 system. I'm not able to
connect. When I try to use the Oracle ping utility, I get the error '
ORA-03131: no interface driver connected - function not performed' on my
PC. 



Any help would be greatly appreciated.
