It's more a matter of personal philosophy. If you size the database correctly, it should give you 6-12 months of 'elbow room'. If so, then you really won't see much a massive improvement reorging more frequently unless something else is getting out of whack. Of course, if you size it for 6 months normal attrition, and then load in an extra 6000 people that was not planned for, then anything can happen....
